CATERING

When you hire The Spot to cater your special event, you'll work closely with a specially trained caterer to assure that the cuisine we provide meets the specific needs of your event.

We understand the importance of making events special, so we take care to meet customer expectations with regard to deadlines, order accuracy and assuring the food we provide is well-presented, fresh and delicious.

We serve items that are featured on our regular menu. We may also create new items if given enough notice. All cuisine featured on our catering menu is prepared fresh in our kitchen, with the same attention we give in our renowned restaurant.

Entreés

Either tray selection comes with your choice of one of the following entrees below:

With baked tofu or tempeh and Savory Sauce.

Vegetarian meatloaf with mushrooms, walnuts, brown rice & cheese (with eggs) covered with our mushroom gravy. Served with veggie of the day.

Fettucine pasta, veggies, tofu & cheese (with eggs) and smothered in our Savory Sauce. Served with the vegetable of the day.

Perfectly seasoned eggplant, fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, tofu, fresh garlic & marinara sauce. Served with brown rice and veggie of the day. Choice of soy or cheddar cheese.
